Why The Power Table exists

The Power Table was created to bring accomplished women together in a circle defined by generosity, credibility and action. We believe the right introduction, experience or conversation can change a career, strengthen a business and create meaningful friendship.

Members bring unique perspectives from entrepreneurship, leadership, business, education, finance, healthcare and the creative fields. W3I represents Women, Wisdom, Wealth and Influence — values that inform how we connect, collaborate and grow.

Kanika Sodhi and Manee Kamboj are the co-founders. Our six-person Executive Committee offers strategic perspective and helps shape the community.
